CANCELLATION POLICY

Occasion Booking Cancellation of appointment by the client with less than 48 hours will incur loss of appointment and loss of any deposit paid.

Where more than 48 hours notice is given the appointment may be moved to another date of the clients choice depending on artist availability. 
After 48 hours the appointment can no longer be moved. 

Please note that after this time the chances of the cancelled slots being filled are highly unlikely and all deposits are non-refundable.

Bridal Booking Cancellation - If a full bridal cancellation is made within 30 days ahead of the wedding date, 30% of the total balance will still be required. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the wedding date, the full remaining balance will be required.  
 

BRIDAL BOOKING

A full bridal consultation will be provided in order to determine requirements and a bespoke package will be created for every bride. 

To secure your wedding date in advance a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm the date with Belle Ame Make Up Artistry. This deposit is deducted from your total cost.

The total wedding day fee is required at least 14 days before the wedding day.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Belle Ame Make Up Artistry are happy to do group bookings for birthday parties, hen parties or just a girls night out. Whatever the special occasion may be we are happy to accommodate depending on availability. Please note a £10 deposit per person will be required to secure a group booking.
